红山水库浮游生物调查及鱼产力估算

参照《内陆水域渔业资源调查手册》,于2021年5月、7月和9月,对内蒙古自治区赤峰市红山水库的浮游生物进行了 3次采样调查,共鉴定到浮游植物6门87个种属,浮游植物平均生物量为11.899 mg/L,平均密度为3111.99×104 个/L,Margalef 指数平均为 1.394,Shannon-Wiener 指数平均为 2.766,Pielou 指数平均为 0.597.共鉴定到4门39个种属的浮游动物,浮游动物平均生物量为3.183 mg/L,平均密度为5776.78个/L,Margalef指数平均为2.087,Shannon-Wiener指数平均为2.044,Pielou指数平均为0.548.综合浮游生物种群结构、现存量和生物多样性指数结果,红山水库处于富营养化状态.根据红山水库浮游生物调查结果估算鱼产力为115.611 kg/hm2.
Planktonsurvey and fish productivity estimation in Hongshan Reservoir
With reference to the manual of fishery resources survey in inland waters,three sampling surveys of phy-toplankton in Hongshan Reservoir,Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,were conducted in May,Ju-ly and September 2021,and a total of 87 species and genera of phytoplankton of six phyla were identified,with an average phytoplankton biomass of 11.899 mg/L,an average density of 3,111.99 × 104 individuals/L,a Margalef.The average Margalef index was 2.087,the average Shannon-Wiener index was 2.044,and the average Pielou in-dex was 0.548.The results of the integrated zooplankton population structure,the existing amount and the biodi-versity index showed that the Hongshan Reservoir was in the state of eutrophication.The fish productivity was esti-mated to be 115.611 kg/hm2 based on the results of plankton survey in Hongshan Reservoir.
