不同水平板蓝根超微粉添加对草鱼幼苗生产性能的影响

为了探究添加不同水平板蓝根(Isatis tinctoria)超微粉对草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)生产性能的影响.该试验选择体质健康规格整齐的初始体重为(45.12±1.13)g的草鱼幼鱼240尾,随机分成4组,每个组3个重复,每个重复20尾.各组分别在基础日粮中添加0%(试验1组)、1%(试验2组)、3%(试验3组)、5%(试验4组)板蓝根超微粉.预试验为1周,试验期为8周.结果显示,试验2组、试验3组、试验4组草鱼的增长率、存活率、摄食率均高于试验1组,无显著差异性(P>0.05);试验3组、试验4组草鱼的增长率、特定生长率均显著高于试验1组(P<0.05);试验3组、试验4组草鱼的饵料系数均显著低于试验1组(P<0.05).研究表明,不同水平的板蓝根超微粉可以提高草鱼幼鱼的生长性能,以3%板蓝根超微粉添加较适宜.
Effects of different levels of Isatis tinctoria ultrafine powder additions on the production performance of Ctenopharyngodon idellus fingerlings
In order to investigate the effects of adding different levels of Isatis tinctoria ultramicro powder on the pro-duction performance of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella).In this experiment,240 juvenile grass carp with ini-tial weight of(45.12±1.13)g and healthy specification were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates each,and every 20 juvenile grass carp was 1 replicate group,and the groups were supplemented with 0%(test group 1),1%(test group 2),3%(test group 3),and 5%(test group 4)of Isatis tinctoria ultramicro pow-der in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test was 1 week and the test period was 8 weeks.The results showed that the growth rate,survival rate and feeding rate of grass carp in test group 2,test group 3 and test group 4 were higher than that of test group 1 with no significant difference(P>0.05).The growth rate and specific growth rate of grass carp in test group 3 and test group 4 were significantly higher than that of test group 1(P<0.05),and the bait coefficient of grass carp in test group 3 and test group 4 were significantly lower than that of test group 1(P<0.05).The study showed that different levels of Isatis tinctoria ultramicro powder could improve the growth per-formance of grass carp larvae,and it was more appropriate to add 3%Isatis tinctoria ultramicro powder.
