In fishery public interest litigation cases,compared with environmental pollution public interest litigation cases,illegal fishing cases are more common,most of which are civil public interest litigation attached to illegal fishing criminal cases handled by procuratorial organs.Public security organs face many difficulties in investigating illegal fishing cases.Procuratorial organs are faced with difficulties in identifying the consequences of ecological damage and determining specific restoration plans when they bring civil public interest litigation attached to criminal cases.In the concrete restoration mode,the labor compensation scheme has played an important role.The public security organs should coordinate and jointly crack down on illegal fishing across waters.In handling specific cases,procuratorial organs should strengthen communication with relevant departments and adopt alternative ways of repa-ration and compensation.
