Empowering blue-collar artisan training and enriching Fujian's marine fish-eries industry——Construction of a virtual simulation training base for the"National Fish"culture-led Fujian marine fisheries industry chain
With the development of information technology,the construction of virtual simulation training bases has become an urgent need for vocational education to reform traditional teaching methods and promote innovation in tal-ent development models.Taking the construction and practice of the Fujian Marine Fisheries Industry Chain Virtual Simulation Training Base at Xiamen Ocean Vocational College as an example,this paper proposes the foundation,construction plan,and innovative features of virtual simulation training bases.Aiming to provide reference and guidance for the construction of virtual simulation training bases in higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of skilled workers in the blue-collar sector of the marine fisheries industry chain.
