Survey and analysis of labour quality in scallop industry in Changli County
The core of solving the problem of"three rural areas"lies in solving the problem of farmers,and farmers are the main body in order to achieve the modernisation of agriculture,and the quality of the rural labour force is directly related to the development of rural productivity and rural social progress.Changli County,belonging to Qinhuangdao City,Hebei Province,is an important scallop aquaculture base in China.The article takes Changli County as the object of investigation,analyzes the current situation of the quality of the local scallop industry work-force,summarizes three factors affecting the quality of the workforce in the scallop industry in Changli County,such as cultural literacy,skills training and business capacity,and on this basis proposes specific measures to strengthen the training of the workforce in the scallop industry,change the ideological concepts of the workforce in the scallop industry,build a new type of vocational farmer team,and improve the social and public service system,with the aim of Provide benefits for the high-quality development of the local scallop industry.
