Research on the penalty system for confiscation of fishing related"three nos"ships
Fishing related"three no"vessels refer to fishing vessels that are not registered registered or hold valid fishing licenses.Confiscation penalties are widely applied to sanction fishing related"three no"vessels.This paper aims to analyze and study the application of the"three no"ship confiscation penalty in fishing,explore the devia-tions from legislative purposes in the application process of this system,and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the system construction of the fishery legal department.
