Effects of dietary supplementation with different levels of nucleotides on growth performance of Ctenopharyngodon idella
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of different levels of Nucleotide in feed on the growth performance of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella),and to provide reference for the efficient application of Nu-cleotide in the production of grass carp breeding.A total of 560 healthy grass carp with a body weight of about 10g were selected and divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 28 grass carp per replicate according to the single-factor design.Grass carp in the control group were fed basic diet, and grass carp in the Nucleotide group were fed experimental diets containing 0.2%,0.4%and 0.6%Nucleotide,respectively.After feeding for 60 days, the growth performance of grass carp in each group was measured. The results showed that compared with the control group, grass carp fed 0.4%Nucleotide could increase the final weight(P<0.05),increase the weight gain rate by 17.28%(P<0.05),and significantly reduce the feed coefficient(P<0.05).However,Nucleotide had no significant effects on specific growth rate, survival rate, viscerosomatic index ratio and hepatosomatic index ratio of grass carp(P>0.05).The results showed that appropriate amount of Nucleotide could promote the growth of grass carp, and the growth performance was the best when the amount of Nucleotide was 0.4%.
