不同水平的益生菌制剂对杂交鲟生长性能的影响

Effect of different levels of probiotic preparations on the growth performance of hybrid sturgeon

试验旨在研究不同水平的益生菌(probiotics)制剂对杂交鲟(西伯利亚鲟Acipenser baerii♂×施氏鲟Acipenser schrenckii♀)生长性能的影响,确定益生菌制剂在杂交鲟养殖中的最适添加水平.试验选择健康、体重约为 75 g的杂交鲟 400 尾,随机分成 4 组,每组 4 个重复,每个重复 25 尾.对照组杂交鲟投喂基础饲料,益生菌制剂组的杂交鲟分别投喂含有 0.2%、0.4%和 0.8%的益生菌制剂.饲养期 56 d.试验结束后,检测各组杂交鲟的生长性能.结果显示,试验 2 组的杂交鲟试验末重、增重率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而饲料系数显著低于对照组(P<0.05).益生菌制剂对杂交鲟的成活率有所提高,均为 100%.益生菌制剂对杂交鲟的肝体比和脏体比无显著影响(P>0.05).研究表明,杂交鲟养殖饲料中添加 0.4%的益生菌制剂可以有效改善杂交鲟的生长性能.
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of probiotics on the growth per-formance of hybrid sturgeon(Acipenser baerii♂×Acipenser schrenckii♀),and to determine the optimal supplemen-tal level of probiotics in hybrid sturgeon culture.400 healthy hybrid sturgeon with a body weight of about 75g were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 25 sturgeons per replicate.The hybrid acipenser in the control group was fed basic diet,and the hybrid acipenser in the probiotics group was fed probiotics containing 0.2%,0.4%and 0.8%,respectively.The feeding period was 56 days.After the experiment,the growth perform-ance of hybrid acipenser in each group was tested.The results showed that the final weight and weight gain rate of hybrid sturgeon in test group 2 were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and feed conver-sion ratio was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The survival rate of hybrid sturgeon was in-creased by probiotics,all of which were 100%.Probiotics had no significant effects on hepatosomatic ratio and vis-cerosomatic ratio of hybrid sturgeon(P>0.05).The results showed that the growth performance of hybrid sturgeon could be effectively improved by adding 0.4%probiotics to hybrid sturgeon aquaculture feed.
