Acute toxicity study of three common rice field pesticides on Paramisgurnus dab-ryanus
In order to study the effects of three commonly used rice field pesticides,Pymetrozine,Penoxsulan, and MCPA-Na,on the acute toxicity of Paramisgurnus dabryanus,we selected P.dabryanus with a body length of 2.74 cm and a body weight of 5.57 g as the test subjects.Acute toxicity tests were performed at concentrations of 40mg/L,80mg/L,180mg/L,280mg/L and 380mg/L,respectively.The results showed that the safe concentra-tion of Pymetrozine was the highest, followed by MCPA-Na,and Penoxsulan was the lowest, while the 96 h half lethal concentrations of the three were 280 mg/L,8 mg/L and 90 mg/L,and the safe concentrations were 28 mg/L,0.8 mg/L and 9 mg/L,respectively.The results showed that P.dabryanus showed a high sensitivity to these three pesticides, and the sensitivity was in order of Penoxsulan>MCPA-Na>Pymetrozine.This study provided a theoreti-cal basis for the pesticide concentration in the cultivation of P.dabryanus in paddy fields.
