Research on the legal system of ecological environment restoration in coastal zone under land sea coordination
In recent years,China's coastal areas have carried out some practices in the protection and restoration of coastal ecological environment,Relevant policy documents have been successively introduced,but the results of ec-ological environment restoration in China's coastal zone are still not ideal.This article mainly takes land and sea coordination as the research background,comprehensively analyzes the development issues and trends of coastal ec-ological environment restoration,and sorts out the problems existing in China's current policies and systems,such as incomplete restoration legislation,narrow environmental subject scope,and unclear restoration standards.Ac-cording to the status quo of ecological environment development in China's coastal zone,this paper puts forward some suggestions for coastal zone environmental restoration.
