Current situation and countermeasures of high quality development of ecologi-cal fishery in Guizhou Province
To promote the high-quality development of ecological fishery is an inevitable choice to improve the liq-uidity of water ecological resources assets in Guizhou Province.The provincial government attaches great importance to the development of ecological fisheries,and has issued a series of policy measures with strong pertinence,and achieved obvious results.However,due to the influence of"Cage removal sequelae"and the misunderstanding of the national policy of ten-year fishing ban on the Yangtze river,the"Driving force"and"Friction force"of the de-velopment of ecological fisheries in Guizhou,at the institutional level,there is invisible hedging,and the overall ef-fectiveness of multiple policy measures becomes smaller or even zero,so the development situation is not optimistic.In order to solve the problems of active driving force,solve the difficulties of development and build competitive ad-vantages,accelerate the formation of a new pattern of ecological fishery development in Guizhou,the key foundation of the core competitiveness of Guizhou ecological fishery should be built around the words of"Water","Land","Technology","Government","Enterprise","Human","Product"and"Collection".
