Study on the legal issues of marine ranching ecological protection
Marine ranches,as a crucial component of the marine ecosystem,play a significant role in maintaining biodiversity and the sustainable use of fishery resources.This article primarily discusses the legal issues related to the ecological protection of marine ranches.It begins by defining marine ranches,their types,and their ecological and economic importance.It then analyzes the current legal status of ecological protection for marine ranches in China,including the national and local legal frameworks and their limitations.The article further identifies major issues in the ecological protection of marine ranches,such as an incomplete legal system,underutilized ecological values,and inadequate regulatory mechanisms.Finally,it proposes strategies for improving the ecological protec-tion of marine ranches,including strengthening legal norms,management systems,and regulatory regimes to ensure the sustainable development and environmental protection of marine ranches.
