辽宁海洋牧场建设发展中的法律问题研究
Research on the legal problems in the construction and development of marine ranch in Liaoning Province

摘要
辽宁省作为中国的沿海大省,为推进海洋经济发展和丰富海洋渔业资源,一直大力推进海洋牧场的建设与发展,取得了显著成效.目前,中国对于海洋牧场的研究大多集中在海洋渔业以及经济发展等方面,对于海洋牧场建设与发展过程中的法律问题研究很少.文章通过梳理辽宁省海洋牧场的主要类型、发展现状以及现有法律规制,针对海洋牧场建设与发展过程中存在的法律问题,提出一定的法律意见.
Abstract
Liaoning Province,as a big coastal province in China,has been vigorously promoting the construction and development of marine pastures in order to promote the development of marine economy and enrich marine fish-ery resources,and has also achieved remarkable results.At present,most of the studies on marine ranching in Chi-na focus on marine fisheries and economic development,and few studies on the legal issues in the construction and development of marine ranching.This paper reviews the main types,development status and existing legal regula-tions of marine pastures in Liaoning Province,and puts forward some legal opinions on the legal problems existing in the construction and development of marine pastures.
