Research on legal issues of leisure fishery development in China
Leisure fishery is an important part of the diversified development of fishery economy,and plays an im-portant role in promoting the integration of fishery industry and the development of fishery economy.It is pointed out that leisure fishery has wide development space and potential and is very important to the realization of rural re-vitalization.On the basis of clarifying the development scale and development advantages of leisure fishery in Chi-na,this paper analyzes the lack of clear definition and definition of leisure fishery,the lack of support of special laws and regulations,the lack of norms and systems for the construction of recreational fishery facilities and safety management,the lack of unified management system and clear division of responsibilities,resource development and environmental protection Facing the dilemma and other legal issues,it is proposed to strengthen the formulation and improvement of relevant laws and regulations of recreational fisheries,establish industry standards and norms,establish and improve the management mechanism of recreational fisheries,strengthen supervision and law enforce-ment,establish ecological compensation mechanism,and ensure the rational use and resources protection.
