杜仲提取物对鲫抗氧化性能的影响

摘要
该试验探讨在鲫(Carassius auratus)的饲料中添加不同水平的杜仲提取物对其机体抗氧化性能的影响,确定杜仲(Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.)提取物在鲫养殖中的最适添加水平.试验选择体重约为 50g的健康的鲫600 尾,按照单因素试验设计,将其均分 4 个处理,每个处理 5 个重复,每个重复 30 尾鲫.对照组鲫投喂基础饲料,试验组鲫投喂添加0.1%、0.2%和0.4%的杜仲提取物的饲料.试验鲫驯养1 周,正式试验期6 周.试验结束,检测各组鲫机体的抗氧化相关指标.结果显示,投喂 0.2%和 0.4%的杜仲提取物可以显著降低血清中丙二醛水平(P＜0.05),显著提高了过氧化氢酶活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力、谷胱甘肽-硫转移酶活力(P＜0.05);投喂 0.1%、0.2%和 0.4%的杜仲提取物显著提高了超氧化物歧化酶活力(P＜0.05).研究结果表明,杜仲提取物可以有效改善鲫机体的抗氧化功能,且杜仲提取物的最适添加量为 0.2%.
Abstract
This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.extract on the antioxidant properties of Carassius auratus,and to determine the optimal supplemental level of Eucommia ul-moides Oliv.extract in Carassius auratus.600 healthy Carassius auratus with a body weight of about 50g were se-lected and divided into 4 treatments with 5 replicates per treatment and 30 Carassius auratus per replicate according to the single-factor experimental design.The control group was fed basic diet,and the experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with 0.1%,0.2%and 0.4%Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.extract.The experiment was do-mesticated for 1 week and the formal experiment lasted for 6 weeks.At the end of the experiment,the antioxidative indexes of carassius auratus in each group were detected.The results showed that supplementation of 0.2%and 0.4%EutCHA extract significantly decreased the serum malondialdehyde level(P＜0.05),and significantly in-creased the catalase activity,glutathione peroxidase activity and glutathione-thitransferase activity(P＜0.05).The superoxide dismutase activity was significantly increased by 0.1%,0.2%and 0.4%of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.extract(P＜0.05).The results showed that Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.extract could effectively improve the antioxi-dant function of Carassius auratus,and the optimal dosage of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.extract was 0.2%.
