摘要
"发酵工程"是药品生产技术专业的专业核心课程,在学生专业学习和未来就业中起到重要作用.文章以"发酵工程"课程教学中融入课程思政为切入点,利用超星学习通平台,探索"发酵工程"课程思政的实施路径,进行"发酵工程"线下线上双渠道课程思政的教学实践,达到良好的育人效果,为化工制药企业输送高素质技能人才提供保障.
Abstract
Fermentation Engineering is a core course of pharmaceutical production technology major,it plays an im-portant role in students'professional study and future employment.The article takes Fermentation Engineering course teaching into the curriculum ideology and politics as the starting point by using the superstar learning plat-form,explores the ideological and political implementation path of Fermentation Engineering course,carries out practice of the online and offline dual channel of curriculum ideology and politics in Fermentation Engineering.The practices achieve good education effect and provide guarantee for chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises to trans-port high-quality skilled talents.
