Effects of two kinds of microecologics on water environment and growth of ju-venile Apostichopus japonicus
In order to explore the effect of microecologics on the culture of Apostichopus japonicus, microecologics were added to the breeding water of juvenile sea cucumber regularly.Through 120 days of cultivation experiment, the water quality indexes and growth indexes of juvenile sea cucumber between the experimental group and the con-trol group were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the microecologics could significantly reduce am-monia nitrogen(P<0.05)and nitrite nitrogen(P<0.05),and had positive effects on stabilization of pH and de-composition of organic.Compared with the control group, the survival rate of juvenile Apostichopus japonicus in ex-perimental groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the growth effect of experiment group Ⅱ(Bacillus)on juvenile Apostichopus japonicus was significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between ex-periment group Ⅱ and experiment group Ⅲ(lactic acid bacteria)(P>0.05).The results of this experiment could provide reference for the application of microecologics in the breeding and culture of marine economic animal.
