Research on the improvement of fishing right system in China
Based on the theoretical basis of fishery fishing rights,this article analyzes the characteristics of fishery fishing system in China by comparing fishery fishing rights with aquaculture rights and sea area use rights.It elabo-rates on the complexity,time limit and private rights characteristics of fishery fishing rights,points out the current situation and existing problems of China fishery,and proposes a series of suggestions for improving China fishery fishing system,including establishing a fishing rights protection system based on fishing ground division,improving and perfecting the fishing rights damage compensation system,strengthening the legislation of marine biological re-sources,and establishing a unified marine law enforcement team.It can be used as a reference for relevant decision-making departments and units.
