案例教学与专业学位研究生培养的教学改革实践——以"发酵工程原理与技术"课程为例

中文摘要：案例教学法是一种重要的教学方法,通过引导学生研究和剖析实际问题的案例,培养他们在真实环境中分析和解决问题的能力.在当前深化专业学位研究生培养模式改革的宏观背景下,案例教学法被认为是一项关键措施.然而,目前中国专业学位研究生教学对案例教学的重视程度还有待提高.该研究以生物与医药专业学位硕士研究生课程"发酵工程原理与技术"为例,着重探讨研究生课程中案例建设的重要性及其现状,并通过具体实例详细阐述案例教学在提高学生的学术能力、实践能力和综合素质方面的重要作用.

外文摘要：The case teaching methodology is an essential pedagogical approach that guides students to investigate and analyze real-world problems,cultivating their ability to analyze and solve problems in authentic settings.Against the backdrop of deepening reforms in the training mode of professional graduate students,the case-based teaching method is recognized as a critical measure.However,the current emphasis on case-based teaching in pro-fessional graduate student education in China needs to be further improved.Taking the course"Fermentation Engi-neering Principle and Technology"in the field of biological and pharmaceutical professional degree master educa-tion as an example,this study focuses on examining the significance and current status of case development in grad-uate courses and elaborates on the crucial role of case teaching methodology in enhancing students'academic abili-ties,practical skills,and overall qualities through specific instances.
