This paper takes the course"Nutrition and cooking of aquatic products"as the carrier,analyzes from the aspects of curriculum analysis,teaching implementation and teaching effect,and explores the mixed teaching mode based on MOOC,which can better achieve the teaching objectives,so as to revitalize the fishery of Heilongjiang,develop the economy of Heilongjiang and train more technical talents.
