Histopathological Observations of Micropterus salmoides Infected with Sapro-legnia
To study the main pathogenic characteristics of Micropterus salmoides infected with water mold, and to provide basic data for its clinical diagnosis and treatment. The experiment was divided into experimental group and healthy group. When the typical symptoms of Saprolegniasis appeared in the experimental group, the gill, head kidney, liver, spleen and heart tissues of Micropterus salmoides were sampled by paraffin section and H-E staining. The test results showed that the 5 tissue structures of the experimental group had pathological changes of different degrees, including cell necrosis, structural disorder, increased pigmentation, granulocyte infiltration, blood vessel congestion of the gill filament, and epithelial detachment of the gill lamella.Cephalic renal vessel congestion;Blood congestion in the heart and liver;Hepatocyte chromatin edge set;The spleen was occasionally necrotic. No lesions were observed in the gills, head kidney, liver, spleen and heart of the healthy group.Pathological changes were observed in the gill, head kidney, liver, spleen and heart tissues of the experimental group.
