创伤弧菌对水产养殖的影响及致病机制

摘要
随着水产养殖向集约化和工厂化养殖发展,水产养殖动物病害频繁发生,在诸多病原菌中,创伤弧菌(Vibrio vulnificus)是水产养殖动物的主要病原体之一,给水产养殖业造成巨大损失.文章简要介绍了创伤弧菌对水产养殖动物的影响及致病机理,同时对创伤弧菌疾病预防和治疗提出更环保的治疗方式,以期加强对创伤弧菌的致病性和危害性的重视与研究,有助于合理地进行疾病诊断和采取防控措施,同时为进一步深入研究创伤弧菌的致病机理奠定重要基础.
Abstract
With the development of aquaculture to intensive and factory farming,aquaculture animal diseases occur frequently.Among many pathogens,Vibrio vulnificus is one of the main pathogens of aquaculture animals,causing huge losses to aquaculture industry.This paper briefly introduced the effects of V.vulnificus on aquaculture animals and its pathogenic mechanism,and proposed more environmentally friendly treatment methods for the prevention and treatment of V.vulnificus disease,with a view to strengthening the attention and research on the pathogenicity and harmfulness of V.vulnificus,and contributing to reasonable disease diagnosis and prevention and control meas-ures.At the same time,it lays an important foundation for further research on the pathogenic mechanism of V.vulnificus.
