Exploration on the application of new technologies for crab farming in rice fields in Northeast China
In Northeast China,the cultivation of mitten crab in rice fields has been a common economic activity,but its cultivation method has faced many challenges.This article first summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and existing issues in water quality management and disease prevention during rice paddy crab farming in the North-east.It then explores the limitations of traditional farming methods and introduces research findings and the applica-tion of new technologies in rice paddy crab farming.To address the current issues in rice paddy crab farming,the article explores new technologies through experimental verification and case studies from the perspectives of ecologi-cal and intelligent farming.It further highlights the characteristics and social significance of applying these new technologies in the Northeast region.Finally,to promote the development of efficient,environmentally friendly,and sustainable rice paddy crab farming in the Northeast,research directions and development suggestions for rice paddy crab farming in this region are proposed.
