The exploration and practice of cultural confidence into the course of Fermen-tation Engineering in higher vocational education
In recent years,"cultural self-confidence"has gradually become a research hotspot in the academic cir-cle,and has achieved a wealth of research results.The integration of cultural self-confidence into the curriculum construction of professional courses in higher vocational colleges is helpful to enrich the ideological and political re-source base of professional courses,help to train students'ability to integrate culture with disciplines,and improve humanistic quality.Taking the core course"Fermentation Engineering"of pharmaceutical production major as an example,this paper selected the content of"selection and preservation of fermentation industry strains"to intro-duce the rich humanistic knowledge contained in it,and carried out the practice of integrating cultural self-confi-dence into the course of"Fermentation engineering",in order to improve students'cultural self-confidence and feelings of family and country,and train more high-quality and skilled talents for pharmaceutical enterprises.
