Educational reform and practice of aquatic product processing course in high-er vocational colleges
Aquatic product processing is the core course in the food-related majors of vocational colleges.This arti-cle addresses the current issues in the aquatic product processing curriculum such as lagging course content,single teaching method and imperfect practical teaching system.In view of the problems existing in the course of aquatic product processing,this paper combined with the characteristics of the course and the needs of the industry,ex-pounds the optimization of course content,innovation of teaching methods,construction of practice base and con-struction of double teachers team,so as to explore effective ways to implement teaching in this course and better mobilize the enthusiasm of students.The goal is to cultivate high quality technical talents with innovative spirit and practical application ability.
