According to the present situation of human resources development in the management of rural water conservancy projects,this paper analyzes the development of human resources in the management of rural water conservancy projects through literature review.In the process of human resources development of rural water conservancy project management,there are still some problems,such as different quality of rural population,serious outflow of rural population,unbalanced employment structure of rural population and rural hollowing phenomenon.To realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,it is necessary to vigorously develop the human resources of rural water conservancy projects,analyze the existing problems and reasons,put forward reasonable strategies,scientifically and reasonably develop and utilize the rural human resources of rural water conservancy projects in accordance with laws and regulations,and realize the high-quality development of agricultural and rural modernization.
