龙羊峡水库汛期运行水位动态控制方案研究

龙羊峡水库已具备开展汛期运行水位动态控制的工程安全、洪水预报等条件,可利用与上游玛尔挡电站间的库容补偿关系,开展汛期运行水位动态控制。龙羊峡水库的预泄模式宜采用多级固定预泄方式,洪水预报的有效预见期为 7d,预泄判别流量为 1000m3/s、1200m3/s、1500m3/s,预泄流量为 1000m3/s、1500m3/s、2000m3/s、2500m3/s,相应的汛期运行水位动态控制域为2594~2594。6m,并随着玛尔挡水库水位的提升而逐步降低。当水库水位低于汛限水位2594m时,下泄流量以发电要求为主,当水库水位达到或>2594m时,视上游来水预报和水库蓄水情况,判断进入动态运用或防洪运用,当上游来水>2500m3/s时,水库按设计防洪运用方式运用。
Research on Dynamic Control Scheme of Operating Water Level in Longyangxia Reservoir during Flood Season
Longyangxia Reservoir already has the engineering safety conditions and flood forecasting conditions for dynamic control of operating water level during the flood season,and the Longyangxia Reservoir can use the reservoir capacity compensation relationship with the upstream Maerdang Hydropower Station to carry out dynamic control of the operating water level during the flood season.The pre-discharge mode of Longyangxia Reservoir should adopt a multi-stage fixed pre-discharge mode.The effective prediction period of the flood forecast of Longyangxia Reservoir is 7days,the pre-discharge flow is 1000m3/s,1200m3/s,1500m3/s,the pre-discharge flow is 1000m3/s,1500m3/s,2000m3/s,2500m3/s,and the corresponding dynamic control range of the operating water level in Longyangxia Reservoir during the flood season is between 2594m to 2594.6m,and gradually decreases with the increase of the water level of the Mardang Reservoir.When the water level of Longyangxia Reservoir is lower than the flood limit water level,the discharge flow is mainly based on the power generation requirements,when the water level of the reservoir reaches or exceeds 2594m,the reservoir transferred to the operation water level dynamic operation or transferred to the flood control application according to the upstream water forecast and the reservoir water storage situation,and when the upstream water exceeds 2500m3/s,the reservoir is used according to the designed flood control application.
