摘要
中国对外开放要形成全方位、多层次、宽领域的全面开放新格局,必须补齐向北开放的"短板".黑龙江省构筑向北开放新高地既是服务国家战略的需要,也是面对世界百年未有之大变局的必然选择,更是实现龙江全面振兴、全方位振兴的现实路径.
Abstract
To achieve all-round,multi-dimensional and wide-ranging opening up new pattern,we must make up for the shortcomings.Building a new highland for opening-up towards the north in Heilongjiang Province is not only a requirement for serving national strategies,but also an imperative choice facing the unprecedented changes in the world in the past century,and a realistic way to achieve the comprehensive revitalization of the Heilongjiang as well.
