数字经济背景下黑龙江省文旅产业融合发展模式创新探析

摘要
数字经济发展为龙江文旅产业融合高质量发展注入了新活力.面对文旅市场竞争主体较弱,产品单一,缺乏数字化宣传意识,开发层次较低,数字化建设亟待提高,与产业发展关系密切的行业整合度低,数字化思维意识有待提升等问题,应积极推动数字经济背景下黑龙江省文旅产业融合发展模式创新.一要优化文旅产业资源布局,打破传统运营协作模式,整合跨行业部门资源,构建智能化文旅产业服务管理平台新模式;二要建设高质量数字化文旅产业人才队伍,主动迎合消费者市场需求变化,联合打造文旅供给侧与需求侧共建共赢新模式;三要依托数字技术,丰富数字化文旅产品供给,加快数字化文旅产业转型升级,开发线上线下多元融合服务新模式.
Abstract
The digital economy development has powered the high-quality development of the integration of culture and tourism industries in Heilongjiang.When confronting the following disadvantages such as weaker competitors in the cultural and tourism industry,single products,lack of awareness in digital promotion,low development levels,under-development of digitalization,as well as low integration with related industries,it is necessary to promote innovative development models for the integration of culture and tourism industries.Firstly,we should optimize the resource layout of cultural and tourism industries,breaking the traditional operational model and integrating resources across different sectors,and building a new intelligent cultural and tourism industry service management model.Secondly,we should build a high-quality talent team,which can keenly cater to the changes in consumer market demands,and create a new model of joint construction and win-win situation between the supply and demand sides of cultural tourism.Thirdly,we should rely on digital technology to enrich the supply of digital cultural and tourism products,accelerating the transformation and upgrading,developing new models of online and offline diversified integrated services.
