摘要
党的十八大以来,在以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚强领导下,我国的党外人才队伍建设工作取得了丰硕的成果,形成了较为完善的党外人才队伍建设结构体系、较为健全的党外人才队伍建设工作机制和较为完备的党外人才队伍建设保障措施,有力地推进了中国式现代化进程,为我国人才强国战略积累了丰富的理论与实践经验.总结其中的重要措施和成效,对于持续深化我国人才发展体制机制改革具有重要参考价值.
Abstract
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core,China has achieved fruitful results and developed relatively effective systems and mechanisms in strengthening the competence of non-CPC talents,advancing the process of Chinese modernization and accumulating a wealth of theoretical and practical experience in implementing the strategy of invigorating China by developing a quality workforce.Summarizing the measures and results of strengthening the competence of Non-CPC talents has important reference value for China to continuously deepen the reform of talent development institutions and mechanisms.
