基于ROS的自主导航消毒服务机器人研究

随着现代社会的发展,人们对公共卫生消毒的重视进一步提高,消毒服务机器人在科技发展的推动下备受市场的追捧。针对人工消毒效率低,消毒不全面,人工成本高等问题,设计一款具有消毒与自主导航功能的服务机器人。机器人喷雾消毒模块中的消毒喷雾器可通过两自由度机械臂控制自动上下和左右旋转,可满足不同的喷雾需求。在SolidWorks软件中构建消毒机器人模型,采用运动学建模对消毒机器人运动模式和运动方式进行分析。以校医院为应用场景,借助rviz与gazebo软件,搭建消毒运输服务机器人的仿真环境,通过机器人自主路径规划,验证机器人能否实现单点和多点自主导航。实验表明,消毒机器人能够自主完成路径的合理规划,实现单点和多点自主导航,并可实现对室内环境的全面消毒。
Research on autonomous navigation disinfection service robot based on ROS
With the development of modern society,people's attention to public health disinfection has been further improved,disinfection service robots have been sought after by the market under the promotion of scientific and technological development.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency,incomplete disinfection and high labor cost of manual disinfection,this paper designed a service robot with disinfection and autonomous navigation functions.The disinfection sprayer in the robot spray disinfection module can be automatically rotated up and down and left and right through the control of the two-degree-of-freedom robot arm,which could meet different spray requirements.The model of disinfection robot was built in SolidWorks software,and the movement mode and mode of disinfection robot were analyzed by kinematic modeling.Taking the school hospital as the application scenario,the simulation environment of disinfection transportation service robot was built with the help of rviz and gazebo software,and the autonomous path planning of the robot was used to verify whether the robot could achieve single and multi-point autonomous navigation.The experiment showed that the disinfection robot could independently complete the reasonable planning of the path,achieve the single point and multi-point autonomous navigation,and realize the comprehensive disinfection of the indoor environment.
