Selecting domestic new energy vehicle supply chain enterprises as the research sample,fully considered their characteristics in supply chain relationship management,and based on the perspective of government subsidies,used descriptive statistics method,correlation analysis method,and entropy weight method to study and analyze the current innovation and development of the new energy vehicle supply chain.The results showed that the new energy vehicle supply chain had broad prospects,but there was no major breakthrough.In addition,the share of government subsidies had a significant positive impact on net profit and asset liability ratio respectively,the proportion of R&D investment had a certain negative impact on the efficiency of total asset turnover,while the number of R&D personnel had a certain positive impact on operating costs and total asset turnover respectively.Finally,suggestions on the development of the new energy vehicle supply chain were put forward,which had practical reference value for new energy vehicle supply chain enterprises.
