摘要

以装配式建筑全过程质量影响因素为研究对象,通过现场调研、文献查阅、专家咨询等方式,建立了包含设计、生产、运输、堆放、施工五大阶段的装配式建筑全过程质量影响因素体系.通过构建决策试验与评价实验室-对抗解释结构模型-交叉影响矩阵相乘法的联合模型,直观展现了影响装配式建筑质量的关键因素及其作用路径,分析了装配式建筑全过程质量影响因素系统中各因素之间的相互影响及逻辑关系.研究结果表明,原材料、生产工艺是影响装配式建筑质量最直接的影响因素,而信息化水平、政府监管政策引导则是最根本的影响因素,并根据研究结果提出了装配式建筑质量管控的对策建议,为推动我国装配式建筑行业健康发展提供科学决策依据.

Abstract

This paper focused on the factors influencing the quality of the entire process of prefabricated buildings.Through on-site investigations,literature reviews and expert consultations,a comprehensive system of factors influencing the quality of prefabricated buildings in the design,production,transportation,stacking,and construction stages was established.By constructing a combined model of DEMATEL-AISM-MICMAC,the key factors affecting the quality of prefabricated buildings and their causal relationships were visually presented.This paper also analyzed the mutual influences and logical relationships among the factors in the system.The research indicated that raw materials and production processes were the most direct factors influencing the quality of prefabricated buildings,while the level of informatization and government regulatory policies are the fundamental factors.Based on the research findings,recommendations for quality control in prefabricated buildings were proposed,providing a scientific decision-making basis for promoting the healthy development of the prefabricated building industry in our country.
