桶装集合食品装箱机PLC系统设计

为解决火锅酱料包装产线中,将10 袋集合桶装后,两桶装为一个纸箱的装箱机控制问题,设计了一款集合食品装箱机的PLC系统。系统以西门子Smart系列的s7-200 为核心控制器,通过传感器感知桶的位置,将脉冲数通过伺服系统量化处理,并利用伺服系统本身的随动性,实现对桶的输送、定位、抓取和装箱控制。通过触摸屏设置控制参数和实现点动调整控制,精确与流水线节拍配合协同。经实验测试与测量,该装置动作流程时间为18。8 s,动作循环周期占桶出料周期的94%,低于桶出料周期。且装置工作状态稳定,动作柔和,不会在运输过程中造成对物料及包装外壳的损伤。该装置效率高,调节运行灵活便捷,为提高流水线作业智能化提供了支撑。
PLC system design of barrel collection food packing machine
In order to solve the problem of the control of the packer in the hot pot sauce packaging production line,after 10 bags were packed in barrels,two barrels were packed into one carton,a PLC system of food packer was designed.The PLC system took the S7-200 of Siemens smart series as the core controller,sensed the position of the barrel through the sensor,quantified the pulse number through the servo system,and used the follow-up nature of the servo system itself to realize the conveying,positioning,grabbing and packing control of the barrel.The control parameters were set through the touch screen and the jog adjustment control was realized,which could be accurately coordinated with the beat of the assembly line.After experimental testing and measurement,the action flow time of the device was 18.8 s,and the action cycle accounted for 94%of the barrel discharge cycle,which was lower than the barrel discharge cycle.And the working state of the device was stable,the action was soft,and it would not cause damage to the material and packaging shell during transportation.The device had high efficiency,flexible and convenient adjustment and operation,which provided support for improving the intelligence of assembly line operation.
