新型四孔异形蜂窝夹层结构力学性能分析

蜂窝夹层结构广泛应用于现代工业领域,随着工业对材料结构的需求愈来愈高,高性能的新型蜂窝材料创新迫在眉睫。设计了新型四孔异形蜂窝结构,以单个蜂窝单元结构的壁厚、整体大小以及蜂窝夹层结构的厚度、胞元组合的方式为基础,对结构承受不同方向载荷的力学性能进行研究。新型四孔异形蜂窝夹层结构相比于正六边形和正八边形蜂窝结构,具有更好的力学性能。仿真实验结果显示,新型四孔异形蜂窝结构的外力承受能力以及横纵方向的各向同性较于正六边形和正的八边形蜂窝结构有显著提高。新型四孔异形蜂窝结构在功能材料形状和结构方面对航天航空、船舶、汽车等行业的发展有着重要意义。
Research on mechanical properties analysis of new honeycomb sandwich structure
Honeycomb sandwich structure is widely used in modern industry.With the increasing demand for material structure in industry,it is urgent to innovate new honeycomb materials with high performance.In this paper,a new four-hole shape honeycomb structure was designed.Based on the wall thickness and overall size of a single cellular structure,the thickness of the honeycomb sandwich structure and cell combination,the mechanical properties of the structure under different directions were studied.The new four-hole shape honeycomb sandwich structure had better mechanical properties than hexagonal and octagonal honeycomb structures.The simulation results showed that compared to the hexagonal and octagonal honeycomb structures,the external force bearing capacity of the new four-hole shape honeycomb structure was significantly improved as well as the transverse and longitudinal isotropy.The new four-hole shape honeycomb structure is of great significance to functional material shape and structure in the field of aerospace,shipbuilding,automobile and other industries.
