非均相芬顿+强化EGSB处理制药废水研究

针对目前制药废水COD质量浓度高,组成成分复杂、可生化性差等导致其成为制药行业亟待解决的问题,采用瑞盛环境股份有限公司专利技术—非均相芬顿-厌氧膨胀颗粒污泥床制药废水处理装置(ZL202221588605。3),探讨了非均相芬顿+强化EGSB的处理效能。研究表明,该工艺处理制药废水性能良好,非均相芬顿可在酸性和偏碱性(pH2~9)的条件下实现较强的氧化性能,在避免处理系统酸碱度调节的同时,H2O2的投加量也降至80 mmol/L,经后续强化EGSB工艺处理的制药废水,出水各项指标符合园区污水处理厂接管标准。
Treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater by heterogeneous Fenton+enhanced EGSB
In response to the current high COD concentration,complex composition and poor biodegradability of pharmaceutical wastewater,which had become an urgent problem to be solved in the pharmaceutical industry,a heterogeneous Fenton anaerobic expanded granular sludge bed pharmaceutical wastewater treatment device(ZL202221588605.3)patented by Ruisheng Environment Co.,Ltd.was adopted to explore the treatment efficiency of the heterogeneous Fenton enhanced EGSB.The research data showed that the process had good performance in treating pharmaceutical wastewater,and the heterogeneous Fenton could achieve strong oxidation performance under acidic and slightly alkaline(pH2~9)conditions.While avoiding the adjustment of the acidity and alkalinity of the treatment system,the dosage of H2O2 was also reduced to 80 mmol/L.After further strengthening the EGSB process,the pharmaceutical wastewater treated by the EGSB process met the discharge standards of the park's sewage treatment plant.
