Research on promoting factors of supply chain elasticity of prefabricated buildings based on ISM-MICMAC
With the rapid development of prefabricated buildings, the research on supply chain elasticity of prefabricated buildings has became a hot topic.Prefabricated building supply chain resilience refers to the ability to maintain the continuity and functional integrity of the supply chain even after the supply chain was interrupted.Factors conducive to the establishment of prefabricated building supply chain resilience can be called facilitation factors.Through the application of ISM(Interpretive structure Model)and MICMAC(cross-influence matrix multiplication)to study the formation process of the supply chain elasticity of prefabricated buildings, analyzed the promoting factors of the supply chain elasticity of prefabricated buildings and the hierarchical relationship among the factors, established the ISM model for 17 promoting factors, and analyzed the promoting factor structure of 7 levels. On this basis,MICMAC driving force-dependence degree was used to classify the supply chain elasticity, and three categories of surface dependence factors, specific layer linkage factors and input layer drivers were obtained. The results showed that prefabricated construction enterprises should pay more attention to the driving force factors, rationally plan the linkage layer factors, and vigorously cultivate the dependency factors, which provided a new management perspective for effectively promoting the healthy development of prefabricated buildings.
