工质雾化性能是影响闪蒸喷雾冷却效率的重要因素,工质的物性、喷嘴结构及喷雾参数等都会影响工质雾化性能.文中针对不同物性工质(包括纯水、制冷剂、纳米流体等),不同喷嘴结构以及喷雾参数(包括喷雾周期、占空比、喷雾时间、喷雾倾角以及质量流量)等多方面因素对闪蒸喷雾冷却效果的影响进行了综述.
Research progress on atomization performance of flash spray cooling working medium
The atomization performance of working substance is an important factor affecting the cooling efficiency of flash spray.The physical properties of working substance,nozzle structure and spray parameters will affect the atomization performance of working substance.This paperreviewed and summarized the effects of different physical working substance(including pure water,refrigerant,nanofluids,etc.),different nozzle structures and spray parameters(including spray cycle,duty cycle,spray time,spray angle and mass flow rate)on the cooling effect of flash spray.
