摘要

基于专利文献检索与分析,对国内含萘高性能聚酯关键单体的专利保护特点进行研究,分析了2,6-NDA/2,6-NDC技术的专利申请年趋势、法律状态、研究类型、申请人分布等,并重点对主要申请人的专利技术布局进行剖析.国内有关2,6-NDA/2,6-NDC技术的专利申请量在2000年大幅增长,以2,6-NDA的制备和纯化技术研究为主.中国石化在该领域的专利技术布局十分突出,自2012年至今持续在氧化合成、酯化和产物纯化方面开展研究.株式会社晓星在2,6-NDA制备工艺及设备、NDC纯化工艺上进行了少量专利布局,但有效专利占比高.煤炭科学技术研究院2022年的专利申请活跃度较高,专利布局主要围绕2,6-NDC纯化工艺和设备.

Abstract

Based on the search and analysis of patent literature,the patent protection characteristics of the key monomer of high performance polyester containing naphthalene in China were studied,including the annual trend,legal status,research type and applicant distribution of patent applications for 2,6-NDA/2,6-NDC technology,focusing on the patent technology layout of main applicants.The number of domestic patent applications for 2,6-NDA/2,6-NDC technology increased significantly until about 2000,and the preparation and purification technology of 2,6-NDA was mainly studied.Sinopec's patent technology layoutis very prominent,and since 2012,it has continued to carry out research in oxidation synthesis,esterification and product purification.Hyosung corporaton has carried out a few patent layouts in 2,6-NDA preparation process and equipment,and NDC purification process,but the proportion of valid patents is high.Coal Science and Technology Research Institute has a high degree of patent application activity in 2022,and the patent layout mainly focuses on 2,6-NDC purification processes and equipment.
