In order to solve the problems of oil carrying in desulphurized amine liquid in refinery,affecting the quality of purified dry gas products and the operation of downstream sulfur recovery unit,a refinery adopted AMFD adaptive efficient oil removal technology +MPE particle oil removal technology +CFC composite fiber deep demulsification 3-stage separation and oil removal technology to carry out a 15-day industrial side-line experiment.The experiment results showed that the oil content in the amine solution was reduced from 3.5% to 1% by the purification technology to get the remarkable oil removal effect.It improved the quality of the circulating amine solution,guaranteed the stable operation of the dry gas desulfurization and sulfur recovery equipment with high industrial value.
