摘要

某炼化公司炼油、化工装置C4烃资源丰富,主要用于生产乙烯原料、烷基化油和MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚).为了使C4烃资源可以生产高附加值的产品,根据C4烃成份组成,结合市场成本及投资分析,对目前C4烃资源的综合利用及加工工艺提出可行性设想及建议.经过对比发现,利用C4烃生产MTBE和1-丁烯投资少、效益高,因此提出了C4烃资源的优化利用路线.

Abstract

Hengli refining and chemical plants have rich C4 hydrocarbon resources,which are mainly used to produce ethylene raw materials,alkylation oil and MTBE(methyl tert butyl ether).In order to make the most effective use of C4 hydrocarbon resources and produce products with higher added value,according to the composition of C4 hydrocarbon in Hengli Petrochemical,combined with market cost and investment analysis,feasible ideas and suggestions are put forward for the comprehensive utilization and processing technology of C4 hydrocarbon resources at present.Through comparison,it is found that the production of MTBE and 1-butene from C4 hydrocarbon of Hengli Petrochemical is of low investment and high benefit.Therefore,it is proposed that optimizing the existing processing technology can create higher value.
