气相色谱法测定燃料气发热量的不确定度评定

根据碳排放管理要求,企业需要定期测定燃料气的低位发热量.文中利用气相色谱法,提出了1种燃料气发热量的测定方法.不确定度是衡量检测结果可靠性的重要指标.通过现代数理统计方法对燃料气发热量测定的不确定来源进行分析,并通过各项相对不确定分量计算出合成不确定度,并对其进行了量化评定.结果表明,燃料气发热量的不确定度和组分含量相关,通过研究影响燃料气发热量结果不确定的来源及评定方法,对分析结果准确度具有指导意义.
Uncertainty Evaluation on Calorific Value of Fuel Gas by GC
According to the carbon emission management requirements,enterprises need to regularly measure the low calorific value of fuel gas.In this paper,a method for determining the calorific value of fuel gas is proposed by gas chromatography.Uncertainty is an important indicator to measure the reliability of test results.The sources of uncertainty in the determination of calorific value of fuel gas are analyzed by modern mathematical statistics,and the combined uncertainty is calculated by various relative uncertainty components,and its quantitative evaluation is carried out.The results show that the uncertainty of the calorific value of fuel gas is related to the content of components.It is of guiding significance to analyze the accuracy of the results by studying the sources and evaluation methods that affect the uncertainty of the calorific value of fuel gas.
