摘要

重点介绍锂离子电池电解液包装桶的电解抛光工艺,以及抛光过程中应注意的事项和质量不合格的处理措施.把电解抛光技术应用在锂离子电池电解液包装桶的制作工艺中,不仅能够提升不锈钢包装桶的抗腐蚀能力,而且避免产品导出时液体挂壁残留而产生的浪费现象,同时消除加工过程中的附着的金属磁性颗粒物,保证了锂离子电池电解液的清洁度.

Abstract

This paper mainly introduced the electrolytic polishing technology of lithium ion battery electrolyte packaging drum,and the matters that should be paid attention to in the polishing process and the treatment measures of unqualified quality.The application of electrolytic polishing technology on the production process of lithium-ion battery electrolyte packaging drum can not only improve the corrosion resistance of stainless steel packaging drum,but also avoid the waste phenomenon caused by the liquid hanging residue when the product was exported,eliminated the metal magnetic particles attached in the processing process to ensure the cleanliness of lithium ion battery electrolyte.
