摘要

某石化公司20×104 t/a的Unipol气相工艺聚丙烯生产装置上,通过工艺参数调整和催化剂配方优选,开发耐刮擦高挺度BOPP专用料L5D98N.结果表明,主催化剂CS-1-G搭配外给电子体UD55,选用复配抗氧剂XT500和除酸剂DHT4A,在一定的工艺条件下,生产出符合下游加工使用的耐刮擦高挺度BOPP专用料.

Abstract

On the 20×104 t/a Unipol gas-phase polypropylene production unit of a Petrochemical Company,a scratch resistant and high stiffness BOPP special material L5D98N was developed through process parameter adjustment and catalyst formulation optimi-zation.The results showed that the main catalyst CS-1-G was combined with the external electron donor UD55,and a composite an-tioxidant XT500 and acid remover DHT4A were selected.Under certain process conditions,a scratch resistant and high stiffness BOPP special material suitable for downstream processing was produced.
