文中对某公司催化裂化装置的实际运行情况进行分析,重点针对大型机组电耗、泵的电耗、全装置蒸汽消耗、反应和分馏单元操作等的情况进行了说明,找出装置高负荷状态下包括设计、设备、管理、操作等方面的存在的问题和瓶颈,并逐一进行分析.从全装置角度进行关联性讨论,对全装置上下游之间、反应—再生单元内各系统间、分馏稳定单元内内各系统间参数的相互关联进行了综合分析.对独立系统单元操作和全装置管理给出改造、管理、操作运行等方面的优化建议.
Optimization analysis of energy saving and consumption reduction in catalytic cracking unit
This paper analyzed the actual operation of a catalytic cracking plant,focused on the power consumption of large rotaryequipment units and pumps,the steam consumption of the whole unit,the operation of reaction and fractionation units,and found out the problems and bottlenecks in the design,equipment,management,operation and other aspects of the unit under high load state,and analyzed one by one.Comprehensive analysis on the correlations of parameters between the upstream and downstream of the whole plant,the reaction-regeneration unit and the systems in the fractionation stabilization unit were discussed.The optimization suggestions of transformation,management and operation were given for the operation of independent system unit and whole unit management.
