摘要
丙烯的质量直接影响到聚丙烯生产的质量和性能.丙烯质量不合格会导致聚丙烯产品出现气泡、热稳定性差、拉伸强度不足等问题,严重影响产品的使用效果和生产效益.为了解决丙烯质量对聚丙烯生产的影响,文中重点研究了丙烯原料中的H2O、S、As等杂质对聚合反应的影响,提出了严格控制丙烯纯度和调控催化剂用量的关键操作,以确保聚丙烯产品的质量和经济效益得到稳步提升.同时,也为聚丙烯行业的发展提供了更好的保障和支持.
Abstract
The quality of propylene directly affected the quality and performance of polypropylene production.The unqualified propylene would lead to bubbles,poor thermal stability,insufficient tensile strength and other problems in polypropylene products,which seriously affected the application effect and production efficiency.In order to solve the influence of the quality of propylene on the production of polypropylene,this paper focused on the influence of impurities including H2O,S and As in propylene raw materials on the polymerization reaction,put forward the critical operations of strictly controlling the propylenepurity and regulating the amount of catalyst,so as to ensure the quality and economic benefits of polypropylene products steadily improved and meanwhile,providedthe better protection and support for the development of the polypropylene industry.
