摘要
随着全球经济快速发展,市场对丙烯的需求量逐渐增加.在实际生产过程中,如何保证丙烯质量,提高产品产量,已成为人们所关注的问题.文中针对乙烯装置C3 加氢反应器及丙烯精馏塔系统运行中出现的反应器催化剂活性较低,床层温升未得到科学控制,丙烯塔压力及回流量不稳定等现象,造成丙烯损失大、丙烯产品质量波动等问题,根据以往操作经验,利用装置大负荷标定期间,对反应器床层温度、压力,丙烯塔再沸器入出口温差等重要工艺参数进行优化调整,实现装置稳定运行,增产丙烯.
Abstract
With the rapid development of the global economy,the market demand for propylene is gradually increasing.In the actual production process,how to ensure the quality of propylene and improve the product output has caused much attention.In view of the phenomenons of low catalystactivity,failing to control the bedtemperature rise and unstability of the pressure and return flow of propylene towerin C3 hydrogenation reactor and propylene rectification tower system in ethylene plant,that resulted in large loss of propylene and fluctuations in the quality of propylene products,etc.Based on the previous operation experience,it optimized and adjusted the important process parameters,such as temperature and pressure of reactor bed,temperature difference between inlet and outlet of propylene tower reboilerduring the high load calibration of the plant,to achieve stable operation of the unit and increase propylene production.
