催化汽油加氢装置增产芳烃原料流程改造

某炼化一体化企业开展催化汽油加氢装置轻、重汽油分馏塔升级为轻、中、重3组分分离方案的研究.通过流程模拟,对比分析了采用常规单塔和采用间壁塔方案实现3组分分离的可行性.结果显示,采用间壁塔,在塔压0.68 MPa和0.45 MPa下,可实现中汽油产品最大量抽出,收率达到49.79%和51.72%.结合全厂物料平衡,对装置加工流程进行优化,可实现减产汽油、增产芳烃原料的目的.此项研究将对间壁塔在混合油品切割领域的应用提供借鉴.
Process improvement on production increase of aromatics raw material for catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit
A refining-chemical integrationcompany carried out a study on the three-component separation scheme by upgrading the light and heavy gasoline fractionator of catalytic gasoline hydrogenation unit to light,medium and heavy components.It adopted the process simulation to compare and analyzethe feasibility of scheme to realize3 components separation on the conventional single tower and the interwalled tower.The results showed that the maximum amount of medium gasoline can be extracted at the column pressure of 0.68 MPa and 0.45MPa,and the yields was up to 49.79%and 51.72%respectively.Combined with the material balance of the whole plant,it optimized the unitprocess flow to achieve the purpose of reducing gasoline production and increasing aromatics raw materials.This study will provide reference for the application of the interwalled tower in the field of mixed oil cutting.
