Feasibility Analysis of integrated utilization of reforming heavy aromatic hydrocarbons
Heavy aromatic hydrocarbons in a chemical plant, produced from two sets of xylene tower bottoms of 140× 104 t/a continuous reforming unit, mainly included C9 components,C10 and C10+aromatics components accounted for more than 80%.At present, the chemical plant mainly sent heavy aromatic hydrocarbons to a downstream chemical plant for distillation separation. In order to solve the adverse situation of heavy aromatics consumption tax in the future, the deviation between BTX product structure and market demand and the production subject to the downstream chemical plant, the company had comprehensively analyzed and compared several treatment schemes on heavy aromatics, such as sentto hydrocracking unit, heavy oil catalytic cracking unit,gas-diesel tank, comprehensively utilized after cutting, ormade light processing test, and found it was the most feasible method to be sent to gas-diesel tank.In the long tern, the light processing technology of heavy aromatics was more feasible and could effectively improve the utilization rate of heavy aromatics.
