介绍了某煤制甲醇项目中的硫回收与尾气处理工艺,硫回收装置首先将来自低温甲醇洗的酸性气和来自CCSI装置酸性气中的H2S经氧化燃烧,部分转变为SO2,经过工艺步骤维持H2S/SO2之比在2.1,使H2S稍有过量,然后进行下1级常规的克劳斯反应+催化氧化反应,将H2S和SO2转变为液体S和H2O;克劳斯废气直接输送至焚烧炉焚烧处理,焚烧废气降温后由管道直接输出至锅炉烟尘处理系统.克劳斯反应生产硫磺是放热反应,硫磺装置通过废热锅炉副产蒸汽,将反应产生的热量回收,并且合理安排副产蒸汽等级,实现工艺节能的目的.装置产生的工艺凝液,经过凝液回收系统回收后,返回脱盐水站.根据工艺流程需要,采用空冷器进行冷却循环,节约了循环水消耗.该技术的催化剂性能优异,使用寿命长,H2S的转化率和S的回收率高,降低了装置消耗,节约了能源.
Application of Sulfur Recovery in Coal Chemical Plant
This article introduces a sulfur recovery and tail gas treatment process in a coal-to-methanol project.The sulfur recovery device combines the acid gas from the purification unit and the acid gas from the coal pressure pyrolysis-gasification integrated(CC-SI)unit The H2S is partially converted into SO2 by oxidation and combustion.The process maintains the H2S/SO2 ratio at around 2.1,and then passes through the first-level conventional Claus reaction+catalytic oxidation reaction to make H2S and SO2 is converted into liquid sulfur and water;Claus tail gas is sent to the incinerator for incineration treatment,the incineration tail gas is cooled and piped to the boiler flue gas treatment system of the power station.The Claus reaction to produce sulfur is an exothermic reaction.The sulfur plant uses a waste heat boiler to by-produce steam,recover the heat generated by the reaction,and reasonably arrange the by-product steam level to achieve the purpose of process energy saving.The process condensate produced by the device is recovered by the condensate recovery system and returned to the desalinated water station.According to the requirements of the technological process,the air cooler is used for cooling cycle,which saves circulating water consumption.The catalyst of this technology has excellent performance,long service life,high H2S conversion rate and sulfur recovery rate.The process technology is advanced,and through reasonable process arrangement and organization,device consumption is reduced and energy is saved.
